This October, we invite you to join ReFi DAO in to San Martín de los Andes — a breathtaking mountain-and-lake town at the edge of the Andes in southern Argentina — for a month of living, learning, and building together.
In collaboration with Edge City, NetX State, and Regen Coordination, we are hosting the Regen Haus Residency at Edge City Patagonia — a month-long popup village for innovators, builders, and dreamers shaping the regenerative future.
Why Patagonia?
San Martín de los Andes is a rare and beautiful place where nature and culture meet. Nestled between crystal lakes and snow-capped peaks, it’s the perfect environment for focus, deep collaboration, and fresh perspective.
Edge City chose San Martín not only for its beauty, but also for its strong infrastructure, vibrant local community, and growing tech scene — anchored by BIT Cotesma, a public innovation hub and coworking space in the heart of town. And with easy access to Devconnect Buenos Aires, it’s a uniquely connected frontier.
What is Edge City Patagonia?
From October 18 to November 15, Edge City will transform San Martín into a popup village — a month-long experiment bringing together high-agency people working at the frontiers of tech, science, and culture.
At the heart of Edge City are residencies — themed, co-living experiences of 5–50 people working around a shared focus. Past residencies have led to open-source projects, research collaborations, venture funding, and lifelong friendships.
Days in the village flow between deep work, workshops, adventure, and connection:
- Morning workouts and lake plunges
- Collaborative coworking in town
- Afternoon hikes and spontaneous workshops
- Evenings of shared meals, local music, and fireside conversation

Regen Haus will be our dedicated home within Edge City Patagonia — a space for regeneration, collaboration, and creative action.
Our residency blends:
- Coworking & Collaboration — Deep work with peers from across the global ReFi ecosystem and beyond.
- Inner Regeneration — Daily practices and wellness activities to recharge and realign.
- Bioregional Connection — Immersing ourselves in the landscapes, ecology, communities and culture of Patagonia.
